Welcome to the Cool Crone: Business, Spirituality, and Casting a New Spell
Welcome here. Cool crone. It's great to be with you. All things croning, business, spirituality, light, love, and of course, casting a new spell. Oh yes, that's what we're doing coming into 2030 and beyond when there will be 1 billion midlife women on the planet.
And I have written a book all about it. And in one of the realms, one of the six realms that is in here in this book, chapter 12, I talk about new age leadership. Leading her ship. We are leading, not leaking.
Energy Leaks vs Leadership: Where Your Power Goes
This is the thing. Now, I know we're leaking sometimes when we laugh too much and it's just kind of like, oh my god, got to do the Kegel exercises, strengthening the pelvic floor, the lining there. I'm not talking about that kind of leaking.
I'm talking about energy leaking and that our business is our greatest asset and that when we're leaking energy in our business, we're just not showing up fully for who we are and what we stand for and what it is we truly desire.
Because when you say you want one thing and your actions are doing something else, what message are you sending for those that you're working with, the clients that you want to bring into your world? You're telling them that anything goes and everything goes. And that is how you are misaligning with the truth of who you are.
That's when offers come in and people are mismatched and clients that come aren't really getting you and they mess you around. You don't want any of that.
Your Business as an Energetic Container
Your business is a container. The container is energetic and the energetic is you. It's you. It's you. It's you.
And so when you call yourself in, bring in the power and learn how to manage and direct that with intention so it's focused and laser light beamed into what it is you're doing and turning away from everything else that doesn't matter or doesn't align right now in the moment.
You know, when you're offered so many things from different people and different invitations and from different directions that can take you off kilter, that can leak a whole big chunk of your energy.
Come Back to Centre: Grounding Your Energy
And so what I want to do is to bring you back right here for the moment. I'm just going to go squish you in. That's what I'm doing, just bringing you in because we're at a time when a lot of light is pouring in.
And as a light leader and an energy healer and teacher and guide, if you're not contained within this light, it will be misplaced. Your power will be coming out in directions that pull you and your energy into things that maybe aren't aligned.
So I want to bring you back. Let's come back here and ground. This is all about grounding really and being centred in the knowing of who you are, who you be as light, and what it truly is that you're here for right now. What you're here to do.

One Mission, Not Many Distractions
I'm only sharing this from my personal experience. You will have your own. I know from my experience and from the clients that I work with that when there's a plethora of stuff coming at us, all these possibilities, and we jump on them without feeling into it first, then we're letting ourselves be open for what isn't ours truly to do.
You have one thing here to do, one mission, one core piece, and it's your piece. It's not someone else's. It's yours.
And so when you're thinking that others are doing things and you should be doing or copying or templating or any of the above, then you're not living from your unique assignment here on Mother Gaia right now. And we need you.
Alignment Over Noise and External Pressure
Your clients need you. Those that you lead, those that you work with, those that you're in circle with, those that you commune with, your energy must be aligned with what it is that you're here to do.
And for a lot, it's very hard to find that piece because there's a lot of noise around us telling us we should be doing this, we should be doing that, it's got to be done like this, this is the funnel, this is the model.
And in all truth, there is no one way. The one way is your way. It's my way. It's going to be different for each of us.
So, I'm not here telling you how to run your business or what model or template to use. I'm here from a light perspective. I'm here guiding you through as light so that you can hear my experiences and what I teach and what I realise and observe and then take on board what matches and what doesn't.
The Old Paradigm vs the Truth of Flow
But what I do know, and I keep reading it here on social media, is that there are fragments of the old way of being, the patriarchal way, which is grind, grind, grind and then you'll make it.
It's so opposite to the truth of how life works. Life wants us to be at ease. Life wants us to really tune into what we're here for and not be trying to force it and manipulate it to make it happen in the external world.
Manifestation happens in many stages and phases and ours is to be the seed and patient with the seeding and the blossoming of what it is that we truly desire.
From Leaking to Overflow
So coming back to these leaks and really reclaiming them so that we're not leaking. We're giving from the overflow.
You're giving from the overflow. No leaks there. No leaks. The light is expanding out. The cup has that golden light pouring out of it. There's no leaking there. It's solid and it's contained and it's beaming out in the directions of where the cup is grounded.
Midlife as a Gateway to Purpose
I'm going to read just a little from here. Chapter 12 of the book:
Midlife is your greatest messenger. It's the gateway to owning your heart's calling, aligning your work, your business and your life with your deepest purpose and living this authentically. Your business as this entity is here to wake and shake you up into a long-term vision, one that can and will serve you prosperously and fulfil others with meaning.
Heart Strategy and Long-Term Legacy
So for long-term empress building legacy, we don't want to be scattered everywhere and just outpouring in all these different directions without any alignment.
And when I say strategy, I don't mean spreadsheets and numbers. I'm talking about heart strategy. Heart coherence.
Creating your one-woman business is immense. Not because it's too much, but because it requires continued resilience and resourcefulness that commands your rising into a higher frequency of leadership to fulfil its mission.
Defining Leadership and Making Aligned Decisions
And I want you here to get clear on what leadership means for you. Write it down.
As your business moves through you as your legacy, intense and immense choices and decisions must be made internally and externally. You're going to have to look within and see where you have opportunities to contain, to come back into the fullness of this, into the overflow rather than into the leaking.
Here you'll be called to rise with discernment and authenticity, declining that which isn't aligned and veering away from shiny objects and quick fix solutions.
Learning from Burnout and Reclaiming Energy
It's all in here. It came through me and I wrote it and I want it out there. I want you to know this. It's how I feel because I've lived it.
I've lived the burnout. I've lived the doing everything for everyone thinking that it would really help me. And what did it do? It got me in bed for six weeks drained, burned out, exhausted, over giving, and unable to feel myself into what I'm really here for.
I had to stop and lie flat. And that happened three times in two years. I don't want that for you.
Final Grounding: Stay in Your Overflow
What I will say is that there are signs that we can listen to along the way to keep ourselves energetically intact from the overflow and living the fullness of our mission and assignment as light leaders here now on Mother Gaia casting a new spell.
