Your One Woman Business Is a Healing Sanctuary

It is your safe space. It is the place where you can turn to for enlightened inspiration.
It is not something out there, something outside of you, something that you are trying to get to or mold into something by chasing it.
It is in you.It is you.
Your healing business is you.
When I say healing business, what I really mean is that whether you are an empowerment coach, a spiritual tool teacher, or a healer, you are healing.
It is with your words, your hands, your energy, and your whole being.
Even if you are an accountant or own a brick and mortar shop, you are healing.
Everything we do is a transference of energy and healing light.
We can turn up that light and be more of that light.
If you are intentionally healing, your business becomes a vessel, a vehicle for the individual and collective resonance of consciousness.
It is not separate from you.
It is here to guide you and show you where you can grow, expand, and open to the greater light that is always coming in.
Your business will show you where to pivot, where to remove yourself from situations, people, and experiences.
Your one woman business is a sanctuary.
Treat it with the sacredness it deserves.
Your one woman business is your healing sanctuary.
The more you do, the more it collaborates with you and becomes a playful experience.
Your business will show you the way to grow and expand.
Some of these insights may not be as simple or as challenging as you think.
Creating your healing sanctuary means knowing this entity exists and building that light within you.
It is not about extracting something from your business or manipulating it.
It is about your own becoming.
As you expand and grow, you expand this container of light that you are, and it ripples into the infinite.
People will pick up on the frequency of who you are and what your business represents.
Your business is not separate from you. It is you.
The First Step Is Deep Listening
Listen to what your business is constantly telling you.
It may signal when to stop doing something, when to leave a client, or when to start a new aligned idea.
Too often we put listening on the back burner because we are consumed with daily habits and routines.
Listening requires childlike wonder.
Your business is not a stranger.
It is you.
If you are distracted by social media or trying to follow others, your business will not thrive.
It needs to be individual, sometimes stripped back, not frantically created.
Listening is foundational.
Your business must offer space to breathe and create.
It is important not to clutter yourself with too many tasks.
It must remain a sanctuary, a place where you feel lit up, not drained.
Listening is foundational.
Working on your own can be difficult.
If you are not feeling lit up, you need to return to the drawing board.
Ask yourself what you truly want.
Burnout Simplicity and Doing Less
I experienced burnout multiple times in 18 months.
It forced me to reflect deeply on how I wanted to proceed.
The insights were simple.
Do less.Be more.Keep it simple.Impact immensely.
Doing less truly means doing less, not juggling hundreds of tasks.
Being more means fully inhabiting the less, having a richer experience with fewer commitments.
Now my business is simple and focused.
We have the book, Cast a New Spell, available for pre order.
We have the Billionairess Blueprint checklist available as well.
It is about allowing life to expand rather than forcing multiple offers or products simultaneously.
Writing the book required focus.
Making videos and committing fully to YouTube is now part of the process.
We do not need to overcomplicate the business with add ons.
Listening has been key for me.
Hearing and honoring the insights is essential.
It took me a year to unravel other distractions and simplify.
Do less. Be more. Keep it simple. Impact immensely.
Ministers Still Have Bills
Ministers, healers, practitioners, coaches, we still have bills.
Life is meant to be lived fully.
You are not meant to shrink. You are not meant to survive on scraps.
Make stuff up.
Create your life as you want it to be.
Final Reflection
If something isn’t flowing, ask:
Are the three realms integrated?
Are there beliefs around money still hiding?
Are you separating spirituality from business?
Your life is yours to create.
You are stepping into a new chapter. As you take this step, your world opens, your life expands, and your vision begins to ripple across all areas. Midlife women everywhere are already making incredible change, and you are part of that wave.

Create a Covenant With Your Business
The next step is to create a covenant with your business.
Start with a mission statement between you and your business.
This is separate from the outward facing mission for the world.
It defines why you do what you do, who you serve, the problem you solve, and the solution you offer.
My personal mission is to do less, be more, keep it simple, and impact immensely.
This covenant guides how I filter ideas, projects, and collaborations.
Having boundaries and a filtering system is essential to avoid distractions and misaligned commitments.
Decide how you want to end any project before you begin.
Your one woman business is a healing sanctuary.
You are the axis and the grounding force.
If you do not set boundaries, no one else will.
Opportunities will come, but a clear filtering system helps maintain alignment.
Show Up as the Entity of Your Business
Show up intentionally every day as the entity of your business.
Give yourself breaks.
Define time for rest and space for reflection.
Your business develops its own field, its own way of being.
You are in control because it is you.
Love yourself, be clear on your vision, and create a lifestyle you truly desire.
Your business will bring uncomfortableness and challenges, but it is safe enough to support growth and shadow work.
Growth is not linear.
There will be seasons of ease and seasons to regroup.
Always be an active participant in your business sanctuary.
Your one woman business is a healing journey.
It may feel vulnerable, but showing up authentically is essential.
Create first for yourself.
Open to guidance from your inner guides.
Establish boundaries and your mission statement.
Fall in love with your business.
Be ready for healing.
Healing will show up through people, experiences, and challenges.
This is not a quick fix.
It is a lifelong legacy.
Your business can grow with a team while remaining a healing space.
It supports everyone who enters your light.
It does not require rigid structures, though structure is helpful.
Attune to the divine feminine, the flow, and creative inspiration.
Your business is a space for flourishing, blooming, and loving every moment.
Blessings and peace.
