You Are Already a Success

There is something I want to talk about today and I want to share because we do not always hold ourselves accountable to our own success.

Not because we think that we are not successful, but we do not recognize that success is not something that we are getting or trying to make ourselves successful.

We are already successful.

You are already successful.

In this world where we get told we are not good enough or we need fixing or we need different strategies, different cookie cutters, different templates, different ways to show up for our lives and our businesses, it can be confusing.

It can create an atmosphere within us where we feel that we are missing out, in fear, not doing enough.

Or maybe you are even feeling that you just want to chuck it all in and start again with something completely different.

And yet you know that is not going to help.

Because the core of what you are going through around the idea of success, especially journeying through midlife from pre to post menopause, which is such an alchemical voyage, is something deeper.

It is the most beautiful journey.

And yet we are told all the way through that it is going to be difficult and hard.

It might feel difficult and hard.

And yet this is when we are in the womb, being grown before birth.

It is like the chick in the shell feeling constricted and wanting to break free.

In that place of constriction, which you might be in, and I certainly am energetically with what is going on around us right now, we can redefine who we are and what success really means.

There Is Nothing Outside of You

This is a bold statement.

There is nothing outside of you.

The I Am consciousness of who you are is there in you as always, eternally, and always will be.

This I Am mother source is you.

It is the essence of who you be.

Everything we are seeing is a reflection of the personality, the character we have chosen to be as we venture through this life.

Success has definitions.

We place definitions on it.

Society places definitions on it.

Mass consciousness pressures us with what success should look like.

Menopausing gives us a bold opportunity to shatter the status quo and redefine what is really important for your life right now.

Success is not something you get. It is something you recognise.

Redefining Success in Midlife

When I began working in this space years ago and interviewed women about menopause choices, many said they did not exercise because there was not enough time.

Empty nesting.Job changes.Life breaking down.Too much going on.

What looked like desperation was actually a turning point.

A place where we get to say:

This has not worked.I am not taking that with me for the next fifty years of my life.

I am leaving that behind.I am shifting.I am creating a whole new idea of what my life looks like and what success looks like.

If you have a one woman business during this time, it is powerful to weave these new foundations into the way you be.

Your business is an overflow and extension of you and your beliefs.

The I Am Is the Foundation

Source is within.

We are never disconnected.

We are always connected to the one power presence that is here as us and running through us.

It is the divine feminine meeting the divine masculine and creating beautiful projects for our lives.

And yet we get stuck believing we have to do more, be more, create more, exhaust ourselves.

That is not the truth of who we are.

Ease does not mean laziness.

Ease means making decisions aligned with who you are, not decisions based in fear, lack, or limitation.

When you tap into the I Am daily and work from that place, everything unnecessary will fall away.

This is redefining success.

You are not waiting for the world to tell you that you are good enough.

You are tuning into your I Am presence and knowing who you are.

This begins with you. It begins within.

Standards of Excellence

Something happened for me recently while writing Cast a New Spell.

I realized that in writing this book, I am creating an entity.

A frequency.

A standard of excellence.

We each have standards of excellence for our lives.

But over time those standards can drip down.

We begin accepting less.We convince ourselves it is okay.We make do.

We lower our set point for receiving and accepting.

Then we pat ourselves on the back for managing.

When we tell life what we expect, when we claim what we know is already ours, we operate from a higher place.

There is a difference between:

I am grateful I just got through.

And

I expect more. I claim more. I know more.

When you accept less, you receive less. When you expect more, life rises to meet you.

Raise your mental equivalent.Raise your standard of excellence.Live from that place.

The Fear of Not Enough Time

At sixty I had a wake up call around time.

Not fear of death.

Fear of not achieving what I thought I needed to achieve.

It sent me into a frenzy.

Until I realized the real question was not how much time do I have.

It was this:

Am I enjoying the time?

Am I feeling fulfilled?Am I lit up?Am I united with what I am doing?

If not, it is time to redirect.

Success is not about ticking boxes.

It is not about how much you get done.

It is about being tapped into the I Am and living fully in the moment.

It is not about the length of time you have. It is about your intention with the time.

Become What You Already Are

You are not trying to become successful.

You are already successful.

This is about allowing yourself to become what you deserve.

If something no longer fits, change it.If your soul is calling you elsewhere, do not ignore it.

In the mind of the divine there is no time.

There is wisdom.

Tap into it.

Give yourself space.Give yourself grace.

You have all the time you need.

And the main thing is this:

Tap into the I Am of who you are. Honor yourself.Know that you are already a success.

Take this in.Embody it.

Know that you are flipping amazing and already a success.

Blessings.
