Navigating Structure, Spirituality & Business in These Times
Welcome in today. It's good to be here and I'm pleased to be with you because something is on my heart, something's on my mind.
And the question is, how do we navigate these times when we're seeing so much out there coming at us from teachers, gurus, course creators, influencers, coaches who are telling us that we have to be so aligned with all of the tiny minutiae details, templates, cheat sheets, cheat codes, and creating 101 different documents to guide the coaching process through, to guide people into where they need to get to?
Now, don't get me wrong here. I am a spiritual coach. I am rooted in the divine and I teach and guide. I'm a guide. And I sometimes have real difficulties with understanding what the definition of a guide means and where to stop guiding and where to start teaching.
And yet what I realise in my heart is that this is a heart-led journey. And I know you're here because you're on a heart-led journey.
So often we can get sidetracked with believing that our work in the world has to be systemised to a degree that it takes away from the feeling, the knowing, and the emotion of what our clients want.
You Cannot Put Frequency on a Template
When you think about your work in the world and the years that you have of experience and wisdom and knowledge and knowing and bringing your teachings forward, the years of dark night of the soul, the experiences that have been so deep and so profound for you, the awakenings, the enlightened aha moments, when you feel into all of it and merge all of this together, you can't put that onto a template and a cheat sheet.
You can distill it in a way to get it through to your clients, but it's a frequency.
This is about frequency.
People you’re working with are going to tune into your aura, your auric field, the etheric. They're going to know it before they even get to any kind of cheat sheet that you're offering.
The Riverbanks: Feminine Flow & Masculine Structure
Yes, it's really important to have structure. In fact, this is what I really want to talk about today.
Having structure, creating the riverbanks so that the flow of the water, the flexibility of your business, the divine feminine, can really find her way in the most beautiful way.
She needs the divine masculine there. She needs boundaries and structure. She needs the riverbanks — the solidity.
That’s where strategy comes in.
This doesn't have to be done in a way that feels like we're in a PhD maths lesson. This is a feeling piece and a trusting in the divine.
The vision that comes through is yours. It’s no one else's.
When We Push Away Structure
Maybe, like me, you had lots of years of being in the divine feminine and not allowing the masculine and the container to be part of your offerings and your business model.
Maybe because the masculine energy in your family or workplace was too strong.
Maybe there was hurt.Disappointment.Rejection.
If we were hurt or let down by the masculine, we go into protection.
For me, that was pushing away from the masculine.Pushing away from money.Pushing away from believing that structure is necessary.
Working through the money piece is such an important piece for us right now, especially coming into 2026 and toward 2030, where our businesses are reliant on our individual expression and identity.
My Story: Retail, Wealth & Awakening
I grew up in fashion and retail. My parents had shops before I was born. I worked Saturdays folding t-shirts. My dad taught me how to iron at six. He was a window dresser — an artist.
I grew up understanding texture, colour, design, psychology. I saw wealthy women buy. When they want something, they want something.
High net worth women know. They just know.
At 30, I broke free from retail. I wanted to understand psychology, physiology, menopause, consciousness.
In 2012, I came out of the labyrinth at 47. My world turned upside down. I wanted to go deeper. And I did — for 14 years.
And then I was left with this:
How do I monetise this? How do I bring this through financially? Not by copying. Not by generic templates. But as me.
The Three Interwoven Realms of Your Business
Your business is three pieces, interwoven as one:
1. Divinity
Spirituality. The divine. The quantum.Knowing who you are as light.
There is infinite supply. You are the vessel.
2. Your Offering
For me, it’s Cast a New Spell and the Six Realms — menopause, vitality, wealth, joy, community, leadership.
This is your model.Your transmission. What lights you up.
3. Business Structure & Money
The part many of us avoid.
Pricing.Marketing.Platforms.Financial flow.How people pay.
This matters.
This is how you shine light on your offerings so people can come into your world and pay — without undervaluing yourself.
The Belief That Blocks the Flow
If somewhere inside there is even a fragment of belief that:
Money is ungodly
Being spiritual and wealthy don’t mix
Charging is wrong
Then that thread needs healing.
You can watch all the gurus and follow all the systems.
But if there’s a belief that money is ungodly, you will stand in your own way.
Ministers Still Have Bills
Ministers, healers, practitioners, coaches, we still have bills.
Life is meant to be lived fully.
You are not meant to shrink. You are not meant to survive on scraps.
Make stuff up.
Create your life as you want it to be.
Final Reflection
If something isn’t flowing, ask:
Are the three realms integrated?
Are there beliefs around money still hiding?
Are you separating spirituality from business?
Your life is yours to create.
You are stepping into a new chapter. As you take this step, your world opens, your life expands, and your vision begins to ripple across all areas. Midlife women everywhere are already making incredible change, and you are part of that wave.
