Midlife Success Truth. Save Yourself Months of Frustration.

So there's something I want to talk about today and I want to share because we don't always hold ourselves accountable to our own success.
Not because we think that we're not successful, but we don't recognize that success isn't something that we are getting or trying to make ourselves successful. We're already successful.
You're already successful.
And in this world where we get told we're not good enough or we need fixing or we need different strategies, different cookie cutters, different templates, different ways to show up for our lives and our businesses, it can be flipping confusing and really can create an atmosphere within us where we feel that we're missing out.
We're in fear. We're not doing enough. Or maybe you're even feeling that you just want to chuck it all in and start again with something completely different.
And yet, you know, that's not going to help because the core of what you're going through around the idea of success, especially journeying through midlife from pre to post menopause, which is such an alchemical voyage, it's the most beautiful journey.
And yet we're told all the way through this that we're not good enough or that it's going to be difficult and hard.
And I want to let you know and remind you that it might feel difficult and hard. And yet this is when we're in the womb and we're being birthed and grown. Really pre birth. We're being grown.
And it's like the chick being in the shell. You feel so constricted and want to break free.
And yet in that place of constriction, which you might be in, and I am certainly in especially energetically with what's going on around us right now, we can redefine who we are and what success really means as we voyage this journey.
And it's the most beautiful thing because it gives us liberty to make transformative changes and to know that there is nothing outside of you.

There Is Nothing Outside of You
Now that's a really big bold comment for me to make here and I know that you know this, that this is what I'm all about.
So if you're here listening, there's nothing outside of you.
The I am consciousness of who you are is there in you as always, eternally, as always will be and has been. And this I am mother source is you. It's the essence of who you be. And there's nothing outside of it.
Everything that we're seeing is a reflection of the personality of the character that we have chosen to be as we venture through this life.
Now success, we place definitions on success and what it means. And not only because we hold those definitions, we're kind of brainwashed with definitions, with societal pressure and the message of mass consciousness.
We're pressured with what success should be and should look like.
Menopausing gives us this bold opportunity to shatter the status quo and to begin again and to redefine what's really important for your life, what really matters for your life right now.

A Turning Point, Not a Breakdown
Because I know through menopausing and I know when I was beginning on this journey and working with so many women in this space, I know that many women feel that there is not enough time, that there is too much going on, empty nesting, job changes, life breaking down.
And so in this place, which we could look at as desperation, it's actually a turning point phase where we get to look at our lives and say this hasn't worked and I'm not taking that with me for the next 50 years of my life.
I'm leaving that behind.
I'm shifting and I know that now I'm creating a whole new idea of what my life looks like and what success looks like.
And that's what I have done and that's what I know you are doing.
And if you have a business, especially a one woman business, it's incredibly powerful to weave these new foundational pieces into the way that you are and the way that you be.
This I am consciousness, knowing that this business you're creating is an extension of you and your beliefs and what is right and good for you right now.
The I Am Presence and True Success
So the I am, this is the first piece here, is to absolutely know that source is here within. We're never disconnected.
We're always connected to this one power presence that is here as us and running through us.
And as we are in the world, life is living from us.
And when we get back to the foundational truth of what this is, this is love, wisdom, wealth, prosperity, vitality, beauty.
And yet we get stuck in this loop of believing we have to do more, be more, create more, exhaust ourselves.
And that isn't the truth of who we are.
We're here to flow with this presence and to open up to being the fullness of this and enjoying life and having ease.
Ease does not mean laziness.
Ease means making decisions that are aligned with you, not decisions based out of fear or lack.
Living From Your Values
All of these decisions that we're making are choice points where we get to really look at our values, have them written and known, and then live from them.
So we're not running around trying to please everyone else and silently feeling resentment or trapped.
The I am is always who you are.
And when you tap into that regularly, everything else that is unneeded or unrewarding will fall away.
You have to get clear on who you are and what really matters for you now at this time.
This is redefining success.
Your Light Cannot Be Missed
You're not waiting for someone else to tell you you're good enough.
You're tuning into your I am presence and knowing who you are right here and now.
The gifts that you have, the experiences you've been through, the learnings, the education, the skills, your personal gifts.
Bringing them to the world is now your calling.
And when you do this, your frequency will rise.
Your light will shine so boldly that it cannot be missed.
This begins with you.
Standards of Excellence
Something happened for me recently while writing my book Cast a New Spell.
I realised that I am not just writing a book. I am creating a frequency and an entity that will go out into your world.
And this brought me to my standard of excellence.
We each have standards of excellence for our lives.
And yet over time these standards can drop.
We begin to accept less. We tell ourselves we are managing.
But where have our standards of excellence gone?
Because when we tell life what we expect, life responds.
There is a difference between saying I managed and saying I expect more.
Raise Your Standards of Expectation
Where have you let things slip and convinced yourself it's okay?
When you claim your standard of excellence, life will match it.
When we accept less, we receive less.
When we expect more, we receive more.
This is how life works.
There Is Plenty of Time
One of the biggest shifts for me was letting go of the idea that there is not enough time.
I realised the real question is not how much time I have, but how I feel within the time I have.
Am I enjoying it?
Am I fulfilled?
If not, then I redirect.
Because success is not about ticking boxes.
Success is a knowing that we are working with the divine, living fully in the moment, giving from our hearts and receiving boldly.
Follow What Lights You Up
If your bigger vision lights you up, then even the parts you don't love will feel like part of the process.
So I ask you to really question your bigger mission and vision.
Are you fully aligned?
Are you pulled into it from your heart, your body, your knowing?
If not, listen.
Final Knowing
There is no time in the mind of the divine.
There is only wisdom.
So give yourself space. Give yourself grace.
And know this above all else.
You are already a success.
