Why Does It Feel Easy for Some and Hard for Others?
Why is it that for some it is very easy, seemingly, to go way past their mental equivalent and their set point and their atmosphere of light and really increase? Yes, that is the word. They increase very easily with their businesses, their lives, the way they live. And yet for others it can be really difficult. It is like pushing through or swimming against a tide.
Why is that? I have really questioned that, as I am sure you have many times, as to how for some it seems so easy and yet when it comes to you, maybe there are blocks. Maybe there are not. Maybe in some areas there are. I know that for myself. In some areas of life everything is flowing and going really well, and in other areas it is like, what is this?
Well, I have an idea here, and not only an idea, it is based on my own experience and also from really being with so many women in a guidance capacity over the years, over the decades, and listening deeply. And what comes through for me is that it is fear of missing out.
Fear of missing out is the piece here. Because what I have seen and heard is that when we think there is something else that we should be doing that really is not ours to do, we become drawn away from the core of who we are and what it is that we are birthing into the world.
And it can be so insidious and subtle. It has ways of working into the mind to bring us to a place of I am not good enough, I am not doing enough, I need to be doing more, I need to be achieving more, I need to be creating more. And what happens then is that the brain searches for things to be doing and creating that are not ours to do. They never were in the first place.
There is a kind of matrix programming here. There is a whole cinema playing out. In fact, there are millions of them. And we are choosing to tune into one. We are sitting there with the projector playing a movie that we are watching and agreeing to on some level.
When we agree to a movie that was never ours, it becomes an uphill struggle.
Alignment Is the Difference Between Flow and Struggle
You might be thinking there are limitless possibilities and opportunities, and yes, that is true. We are infinite beings of light. There is never a cap on what is available.
However, if we are not aligned with what is truly ours to do in the first place, our soul assignment, it will feel difficult. It will feel hard. It will feel like a struggle.
The number of times I have started projects, created something, got really excited, and then turned slightly because I thought I should be doing something else because it is working for someone else. Not consciously copying, but feeling that pressure that there is a certain way things should be done.
We start following templates and patterns that are not ours, thinking they will work, and when they do not, it feels like we are back to square one. But maybe it did not work because it was never aligned.
Maybe there was not full self-belief because it was not truly yours. There was no heart resonance. There was no coherence with the divine. It was slightly off.
That is how it has been for me.

A Moment to Check In and Reclaim Your Path
So this is an invitation to pause and feel into this. Is everything that you are offering really yours to offer? Or are you holding onto someone else’s vision that may be working for them but feels heavy and difficult for you?
Do a check-in.
You can cast a new spell in any moment. You are not stuck. You can change. And sometimes change can feel like a mistake or something has gone wrong, or there may be judgement from yourself or others. But that is not true.
Clear that. Wipe the board completely. Let go of all of that messaging. Do a deeper clearing within, even at the subconscious level, and dissolve those ideas.
Because what look like mistakes are actually springboards. They are leaps into the new. And when you recognise them as that, you can shift quickly.
You Are Always Casting a New Spell
That is what we are doing all the time. We are casting a new spell. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes subconsciously, sometimes without even realising it.
So you may as well do it with precision, focus, and real alignment.
That is the message.
