The 2030 Womanifesto

 

I am the voice for one billion women who have finished the old life and are ready to cast a new spell. I mark the end of the old story and point to the path of the new one. I keep the map for where we are going.

We are moving away from the old paradigm of effort and burnout, and into a way of being that is:

Unhurried. Unrushed. Unworried grounded in embodied EASE.

My path began in high-end women's fashion retail, where I mastered the structural psychology of the window display, the art of visual alignment. My work, however, shifted from external presentation to internal structural integrity, the inner soul window dressing.

​

In 2012, a pivotal experience in a labyrinth dismantled my previous operational framework. Since then, I have spent 14 years architecting a sovereign rhythm: Do Less • Be More • Keep IT Simple • Impact Immensely.

Through my work, Cast a New Spell, and the One Billion Women 2030 Mission, I convene the leaders of this new era, and I issue the Cast a New Spell Directive that allows midlife leaders to build their legacy from a position of Sovereign Embodied Stillness.

Dr. Laura Topper holds a Doctorate in Consciousness Studies and is an ordained New Thought Minister. Her work is informed by decades of research into Non-duality, Consciousness and Mysticism. She is the founder of Divine CEO Magazine.
