Smashing the Digital Altar

This year, 2026, I let go of social media. I didn't just let go of social media. This was part of a deeper and broader purging process that I was going through for my life and I've really been going through since 2023. And yet in 2026, I came to this notion and deep knowing within me that I was being pulled internally, subconsciously and consciously in so many different directions and I was really feeding myself to the wolves of this idea that business has to be marketed in a certain way in order for it to be a success. So I made the decision one day, I will never forget that day when I had had enough. I felt overwhelmed, oversaturated, and exhausted on another possibly spiral of burnout and there was no way I was going to let that happen again. So I deleted everything.

Breaking Free From Online Validation

Leaving Social Media Behind

Yeah, it was brutal in a way because I didn't apologize to anyone, I didn't tell anyone I was going to do it, I didn't send emails out, notices out, I didn't let my group know, I didn't let anybody know, I quietly disappeared. And I did that on purpose because there was a big part of me that was not seeking any validation in this move whatsoever. I knew that I had built tremendous friendships, beautiful friendships online, and I know who those friends are and who those people are. And I also knew very clearly that social media was not impacting my business.

The Flaw of Algorithms

Escaping the Pay-to-Play Loop

Now, it can be said that maybe I wasn't using it correctly, maybe I was too emotional about it, maybe it wasn't something that I had really taken a lot of time to understand how social media really works. However, I was using social media in a way that was really helpful to me at the time. I was promoting what I was doing, I was sharing everything I was doing, I was being very open to letting everyone that was interested know what I was doing. And yet, underneath all of this, there is an algorithm. And I became very, very aware that I was not speaking to the people who wanted to hear from me. I was speaking to a select few who had been chosen by this algorithm for me to reach and connect with. And it was a disaster. I didn't want to pay for ads and I didn't want to get into that whole loop of paying to play. So I unplugged.

Overcoming Mental Exhaustion

Stopping the Comparison Trap

Other than that, it was truly not good for my mental health. I noticed that I was really comparing myself perpetually, constantly: should I be doing this? That person's doing it like that. Why haven't I made it yet? They're doing it that way. Why haven't I cracked the code on it when they have? What is it that I'm doing wrong? What can I do more of? What can I do better? What can I change? What can I, what can I, what can I? I was constantly in a loop of comparing myself to what I thought the gold standard was of what I was seeing around me. And over time the penny was dropping in me and I was realizing, is this really the gold standard or is everybody in this same place really confused and bemused about how to use this tool, if you like, to embed a business? So yes, I unplugged.

Reclaiming Your Light

Rejecting the Low Frequency of Social Media

Of the divine expressing. But to what degree did I want to sell my soul? To be chasing people and likes and friends and comments subconsciously in my mind and to be putting myself in this position where I was in an algorithm, a fake, made up, AI-botted algorithm that I was trusting would maybe at some point bring to me the worldly success through social media. But more and more I was feeling the low frequency of social media. Everybody selling, shoving, pushing their wares, whatever it is, whatever it seems like, underneath it all, there's an ulterior motive. And that is, to get the message out, get the people in and get the mega bucks into the bank account. Fine, that's great. If you have the internal stability and willingness to do that and to be a part of that game. And for me, this is my one step of coming off grid. And I want to share with you in the next few parts of this series here, how I did it and why.

Stepping Off the Grid

Connecting With Your Divine Self

Why, when I deeply tuned into who I am as a divine, feminine, masculine, transmitter and receiver of light, why for me, I believe that social media and putting myself seemingly out there was actually destroying my business, my creativity, and my connection and signal with the divine. And I want to show you how you can come off if you choose to, of social media without feeling that you are missing out on a whole huge area of life and that your business will just spiral down.

Being Versus Doing

Releasing the Need for Recognition

Truth is that creating your billion-heiress-esque enterprise really requires you to take a deep, solid, open look at who you be as a being of light. And to actually come to a place in your mind where you're separating the doing from the being and seeing yourself as a being of light rather than as a doer of light. Being wrapped up in a hypnotic trance of having to seemingly post and scroll and manipulate the algorithms for maybe scraps of validation here and there and recognition, this is soul destroying and it can actually whittle down on your confidence, your clarity and your understanding of faith in and trust in the bigger picture of who you are as a divine being. Because as you tune in more and more to the greatness of who you are, less and less does it matter who else knows about that. And yet social media has us trapped seemingly, in this story that to be validated and recognised, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people have to be doing that recognition. And yet, if you're not doing it for yourself first and foremost, it will absolutely have a backlash. Because your consciousness, your frequency, your aura is speaking before you. To experience a direct breakthrough on your sovereign path and receive individualised mentorship, you can book a dedicated Epiphany Session.

The Law of Polarity

Breaking the Hamster Wheel of Need

And there is a law of polarity which absolutely states that for everything you're doing there is an opposite. And if you're not prepared to work on that piece that you aren't liking, then you will be seeing and attracting more of that. And so if you're frantically scrolling or posting, setting up content calendars, dotting the I's and the T's, you know, dashing the T's on this hamster wheel of trying to get or have some form of recognition, validation or money in from what you are giving, then you're setting yourself up in a loop of need and want. It takes a lot to come out of a system. It's like an addiction that has been, you've been trained, we've been trained to believe this is the way. And it's been a long, slow drip training over a few years that we've all been fed. And with the plethora of choice of social media platforms now, it's almost as if there's this pressure to show up at least on one, two, three, maybe, and to constantly feed into this algorithm, which we're trusting on some level, giving our whole business and trust into this algorithm that will support our lives.

Awakening From the Matrix

Overcoming Social Media Addiction

And yet, there's something far greater going on here. There's the Divine. And when we lose our sense of who am I and we become unhinged from the truth of who we are and put all of our faith into the external and the maybe manipulating and maneuvering of this external, especially with social media and marketing, then we become slaves. We give away our power and we give this thing the power, thinking that in the busyness of it all, that in the doingness of it all, that we're creating a momentum. What we're really doing is creating more polarity, because in the back of the mind, in the subconscious mind, there will be beliefs, there will be pieces of ideas and concepts that will be pulling us back and stopping us from living into this fuller expression of who we are. And social media becomes a drug, it becomes an addiction, not only from posting but actually from viewing and becoming hypnotized by the scroll into this trance. And yet, the consciousness of what we're scrolling, I no longer do that but if you're doing it, the consciousness of the frequency of that scroll, can be way below your own frequency. And so there's a choice where you're choosing to scroll through it, numb the brain, feed this part of the brain that wants to keep you small and keep you out of the reality of who you truly are as this fully expressed being of light.

Choosing the Divine Over the Matrix

Stepping Into Your True Creative Power

And on this social media, there is a ploy for our hearts, our minds, and our souls. And social media is a part of this ploy. It is intentional. And we have to be extremely aware of this, that we are taking part in a matrix idea of dumbing down and dulling down the collective. And stepping out of this is a huge sword in the stone moment of saying, no, I am not going to take part in this anymore. I'm going to rely on the divine. I'm going to rely on the light. I'm going to rely on my creativity, on the creative ideas that are going to come through me when I say no to social media. I know it's huge for many. It's not a possible, it's an impossible thing to do. And for those that have the willingness to say, yeah, I'm done with it. Then this is for you right now. I want to support you in your move away from social media.

Embracing Beautiful Expansion

Listening to Your Inner Divine Algorithm

There's no judgment here. It might take you a year. It might take you a minute. It might never happen. And that's okay. And if you are tuned in to really desiring to come away, then I'm here to tell you it is possible. I have done it. And the most beautiful expansion has happened for me, for my business, for my relationships, for my own personal healing, for finances. It's all happened since I deleted. Yes, and this is why I'm here because I feel passionate about this. Can't hide it anymore. There's an algorithm that is far greater than this manipulated algorithm that has been created. And when we decide to tune into that and make that the reason and listen to that every morning and be in our flow with that divine algorithm, every single day life changes in ways you cannot even imagine beyond the odd like and the odd new friend on social media. What's more important for you? I know what's more important for me.
