What does living from the overflow mean for you? What does it conjure up? Is it money? Is that what comes through? Is it energy? Overflow of vitality? Overflow of love? Overflow of creativity. What does it mean for you? Living from the overflow. We hear it so many times. We hear, "Yeah, don't give from an empty cup. Live from the overflow." Give from the overflow. Be the overflow.

So the other day I had an epiphany, another one. I had this absolute awakening experience that I really really want to share with you right now because I know that it's moved me and I really want to share it with you so that you are moved in consciousness with what I am about to say and then I would want to and I'm going to treat at the end of this with a with a spiritual mind treatment which is um which is an active affirmative prayer. So it's the idea of our own individual
