Integrating Cerebrospinal Fluid with the Breath

A deep research study paper

Introduction

My inspiration for delving more deeply into these books began with a deeper journey into the potency of the pituitary and pineal glands and Cerebrospinal Fluid [CSF]. What started as a binge-watch through William Donahue's [1] teachings, has expanded like the lotus flower opening, to me being gently and gracefully led on a meandering discovery of the power of the human body. Many sub-topics have been presented through my research.

My inner eye has been opened.

For many years I have focused my New Thought studies upon Spirit, consciousness, quantum, and the unseen realms, and this is probably why I am eager to delve again into the potential of the body from a wholly new perspective as the interaction of the physical and the spiritual on a cellular-astral body level. In many ways, the inner world workings of the body are unseen to the human eye, unless of course in a lab or under a microscope, or in a surgical theatre. However, my desire to delve more deeply is propelled by a yearning to connect the dots of the connection of wholeness, oneness, and perfection and the human body at a cellular level. This knowledge is underestimated and neglected by most, and certainly in New Thought spiritual circles and in Religious Science education, where the focus is on God as thought. 


Cerebrospinal Fluid CSF

Cerebrospinal fluid is the inner Christ, the Sacred Secretion and once awakened we have the opportunity to receive and awaken to Christ Consciousness. This intricate knowledge, best kept secret, of CSF and the power of the breath as a transporter for cerebrospinal fluid for transcendental awakening, is not widely talked about, and yet in the worlds of Cranial Osteopathy, Kundalini, and Kriya yoga CSF and breath are foundational for the health and vitality of the body and awakening. This inquiry, with an open at the top curiosity of the power of self and Self, is holding my hand as I sift and sort through the information available to me now for a clearer, deeper, and more expansive knowing of the potential of human beings, as spirit soul beings with an etheric body. We are soul, causal body, astral body, etheric body, physical body, and more...


Cerebrospinal fluid is the soul's light vehicle in our bodies and acts as a light alkaline liquid presence that is continually manufactured in the brain and transported around the body via the brain, down and up the spinal cord, and the nervous system. CSF is manufactured with the attraction of photons into electrons in the Pineal gland. It enters through the claustrum, the entry point that initiated the mythology of Santa Claus coming down the chimney bringing gifts, i.e. the gift of light. This particular part of the skull is shaped like a ram's horn, Aries, at the top of the skull.


  • CSF is a light, alkaline-based liquid naturally and continually created in the brain. “CSF is continually produced, and all of it is replaced every six to eight hours. The fluid is eventually absorbed into the veins” [2] Dr. Zappa Terra [3] and other experts teach that the CSF flow occurs twice daily, however, the seed is created every 29.53 days in the sacral. Dr. Zappa’s intriguing in-depth research supports that we each have traces of amino fluid passed down ancestrally, through the umbilical cord, from the origin of life, present in CSF. We are the stars. 

  • CSF is produced at a rate of around 500 ml/day; there are estimates that there is approximately 125 mL to 150 mL of CSF in the body at any given time. Depending on the rate of production and absorption (which varies individually), the supply of CSF can be replaced about every 7.5 hours. [Google]

  • As a spiritual idea “On the physical level, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) becomes the physical carrier of the wisdom of the Soul. This fluid conveys the sound and light energies of the Soul throughout the physical body. CSF expresses this highest vibratory rate and intelligence to the whole physical body.” Robert Stevens, NDS  [4]

  • From a scientific standpoint, “CSF Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is a clear, plasma-like fluid (an ultrafiltrate of plasma) that bathes the central nervous system (CNS). It occupies the central spinal canal, the ventricular system, and the subarachnoid space… CSF performs vital functions including Support; Shock absorber; Homeostasis; Nutrition; and Immune function.” [5]

  • Cerebrospinal Fluid is a vehicle for the transmission of information to the brain, a transporter of nutrients and hormones to the central nervous system, an instructor of stem cells on whether to proliferate or differentiate, a manager of circadian rhythms, a regulator of appetite, an eliminator of waste, and a shock absorber for the brain, pineal, and pituitary glands.   • CSF journeys from the brain, down and up the spinal cord a few times daily, being constantly absorbed by the veins. 


The Breath

The in and the outflow of breath greatly transform the optimum vitality and transmission of CSF, the pineal, and brain function. It is the inner etheric workings of breath known as life force, the etheric, ineffable  essence, prana, chi are what I know to be the Holy Spirit, Rukha d’Koodsha. It is this life force that propels CSF on its voyage. The breath as Holy Spirit, is the partnering that CSF, as soul relies upon for optimal transportation. The ancients knew this.


My deeper insights here are,

1. awareness of God is not by thought alone it is by recognition of the breath.

2. I now have a renewed understanding of Matthew 18:20. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, I am there among them" (NRSV). These two I now realise as the Holy Spirit and the soul. 


The Books - in the order that the authors have presented themselves to me.


Kelly-Marie‘s body of work is devoted to the analysis of the sacred secretion of CSF and its unification with the seed, which she calls the Great Regeneration of the Christ Oil, which occurs every 29.53 days for a window of 3.5 days when the moon transits our zodiac sign. Kelly-Marie’s work aligns with William Donahues in that she unpacks the Bible from a physiological and psychological point of view. Kelly-Marie presents many of the metaphorical allegories to reveal that the teachings in the Bible all point toward the body as a Temple, aligning with the Hermetic principle of correspondence [7], as above so below, as within so without. Her two books, The Sacred Secretion [9] and The Cell of Life [8] delve very deeply into the neurological, physiological, biblical, and spiritual understandings of the body as an electromagnetic organism. The sacred secretion is known as the Great Regeneration or the Threefold Enlightenment, as it causes changes in body, mind, and spirit. “Meaning that the benefits are felt physically, mentally and energetically“ Kelly Marie [8]


The very first chapter in The Cell of Life is called Thought, and Kelly’s recognition of thought is important, it cannot be left out of the conversation. However, Kelly-Marie quickly shifts in chapter two and turns to the physical and etheric bodies and explains cellular and DNA functions and their roles in the Great Regeneration process. For Kelly-Marie, this all begins with the creation and potential of stem cells, which she recognises as the seeds of creation that develop in the sacral and are the beginning of the physical body’s creation, along with water which is the medium for life. Stem cells can auto-renew and become any cell in the human body [9] and the Great Regeneration assists these seeds to renew as light. Kelly-Marie’s teachings are extremely scientific, and her work is empowered by her continual turning to the Bible and Yeheshua’s teachings, as a foundation for spiritual physiology and the human body, which aligns with William Donohue's teachings.

The Cell of Life focuses on the detailed workings of CSF, the human brain, and the spinal column and offers a microscopic viewpoint of all aspects of spiritual cellular makeup. Kelly-Marie, goes deep and analyses physical and spiritual aspects of the brain and the voyage of CSF around the brain into the pituitary and pineal glands, do​​wn and then up the 33 vertebrae of the spine, and reveals the Great Regeneration process. Kelly-Marie continually links the body with biblical references, Yeheshua’s teachings, and God. I am lifted by her references to Charles Fillmore and the Metaphysical Dictionary, quoting him as saying CSF is a “spiritual fluid that God is continually propelling throughout human beings as the electromagnetic centre of every physically expressed atom.’ 


I questioned this quote and became very curious about Fillmores' knowledge of CSF, and through my research, I have discovered that when Kelly-Marie quotes Charles Fillmore as referring to CSF, what he is really relating to is nerve fluid. “Nerve fluid--A spiritual fluid that God is propelling throughout man's whole being continually, as the electromagnetic center of every physically expressed atom. This wonderful stream of nerve fluid finds its way over all the nerves in man's body temple, giving him the invigorating, steadying power of the Holy Spirit.” The Revealing Word, by Charles Fillmore, [1959], at sacred-texts.com [https://sacred-texts.com/nth/unity/trw/trw15.ht


I have however also come across this “The pure life of God flows into man's consciousness through the spiritual body, and is sensed by the physical at a point in the loins. This is the "river of water of life, bright as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb," referred to in the 22d chapter of Revelation.” Charles Fillmore [10].


It seems as if Fillmore was aware of the power of the human body. I wonder if Unity Ministers and practitioners are taught about the functionality and power of the human body at the etheric soulular level.


Just as William Donahue reveals in his teachings, Kelly-Marie points to the physical parts of the body as geographical locations mentioned in the Bible i.e. spleen is the manger, the solar plexus Bethlehem, the 33 vertebrae spinal column river Jordan, the Temple is the brain, and her in-depth writings on this somehow make sense to my soul. 


If the Bible is a code, an empowerment tool that has been intentionally held in mystery for hundreds of years, could there be an innate subconscious propelling us to take the journey of self-discovery using the Bible and other ancient Scriptures as tools for transformation? After all, with 50 million copies sold each year the Bible is the world's No. 1 bestseller, there is a magnetism, even if we are consciously unaware of it. Scriptural texts lead us more deeply into ourselves and using them as a guide for shifting perception through embodiment, we can realise the Bible as a book of physiology and psychology. Buddhism, Hinduism, and the Tao de Ching allow for a mystical shift in awareness because they have not been dumbed down in editing and their teachings incorporate the body, mantra, and sound and the breath and prana within spiritual practice. William Donohue teaches the main teaching of Yeheshua is that we reach the point of transcendence and nondual realisation of no thought. Taken literally this would mean to not think about life, however, in truth this means to hand over the carnal mind urges to the Divine and to live from the light God, this is the voyage of Great Regeneration.


Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.   Matthew 6:25-34



Teachings identify the eight-step process of CSF travelling from the brain, down and up the spinal cord, and back to the brain. [9] as an alchemical process affected by thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and influences, what Holmes calls Mental Equivalent. The body as a tool for such a transcendence.  The Great Regeneration process [9] is focused upon the entire journey of CSF from the brain down the spine to its unification with the seed in the sacral, and the raising of the sacred secretion, Christ Oil back up the spine to the brain, as an intentional practice to achieve transcendence, cosmic awakening. 


Dr. George Carey’s teachings of this practice being aligned with the lunar transits in our astrological signs every 29.53 days are supported [11] and with suggested specific practices to support this flowing CSF journey and the fluidic body, which coincide with the Lunar cycle. Because of this, an intentional awareness practice every 29.53 days, for 3.5 days is recommended, to consciously preserve and raise the Christ Oil as an opportunity to unite with mineral salts in the seed to birth a new seed, scientifically known by Zappa as ‘multi potent water born stem cells’ for regeneration [3]. 


To recap - this eight-part process takes place over 3.5 days, occurring every 29.53 days when the body is aligned with the tropical and sidereal lunar cycle. This whole process occurs 13 times a year offering the opportunity for 13 regenerations in 365 days. William Donahue extensively explains the significance of 3.5 as the numerological foundation for 144, and 9, as the seat of Christ Consciousness [12].


My focus in my Circle of Light retreats is not on kundalini awakening or getting to that transcendent state, as focusing on wanting to be in a state of consciousness can be obstructive and obsessional and this can create resistance. My focus is always on how I can bring in and radiate the light, and be more love for myself and others. I recognise that this process is a journey, and my power is in slowing down and smelling the sweet roses along the way.


The opportunity is to preserve the Christ Oil once every 29.53 days over a twelve-month cycle, to achieve super cosmic transcendence and achieve the Great Regeneration. The seed is either wasted, used, or raised. Kelly-Marie refers to the seeds many times in her teachings and she has developed a specific Essene yoga practice, breath work, exercise, massage, and smiling practice to support the sacred secretion and seed unification and raising ritual. 


Aligning with William Donohue, Kelly-Marie teaches how to raise the sacred secretion and to practise the activation of kundalini energy, charging the Christ Oil and raising the seed for Christ Consciousness awakening, and she unpacks this from a neuroscience perspective. Kelly-Marie’s suggested practices do differ from William, in that he does not recommend working with the lunar cycle and he recommends meditating in the dark, as the pituitary gland is more vitally active as a great receptor of light photons, amplifying melatonin and DMT  Dimethyltryptamine production, responsible for relaxation and awakening, during darkness. 





The Sacred Secretion Eight Part Process [9]

  1. Timing of the monthly influx

  2. Light received by the claustrum and splits into the pituitary and pineal

  3. The two potencies formed by the pituitary and pineal glands

  4. The pituitary and pineal glands merge in the spleen to produce the seed

  5. The seed is either wasted, preserved, or raised

  6. The heart and baptism

  7. The Vagus crossing the cerebellum - crucifixion

  8. Resurrection - super conscious awakening


The Sacred Secretion Suggested Practices [9]

  • Know the moon transits for our sun sign - topical and sidereal [once in about 27.3 days]

  • Eating a fresh raw diet

  • Attitude/state of mind

  • Yoga/exercise

  • Breathwork - increases CSF flow and supports the enhancement of pineal metabolism

  • Sunlight

  • Breathwork/meditation

  • Moon in astrological sign - refrain from sex this preserves the Christ oil.


The driving force behind the movement of CSF is the spiraling Life Force Current. [13]

Another detailed explanation of this sacred secretion process is in "The Esotericism of the Spine and the Cerebrospinal Fluid" Quest 111:1, pg 28-30 which corresponds with Kelly-Marie, George W. Carey, and William Donahue’s teachings. Interestingly in my research, I have recently become aware of a fascinating process dedicated to using the flow of CSF for deep healing called The Core Synchronism model developed by Dr. Robert Stevens. This modality combines his numerous years of expertise as a Polarity Therapy and Cranial Osteopathy teacher of teachers. [13] [14] [15]



God-Man The Word Made Flesh - by Dr. George W Kerry

It is by listening to Kelly on her YouTube channel [16] that I see how Kelly has taken George Carey‘s work and put her slant on his teachings. Dr. Carey was a homeopath and occultist, influenced by Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler’s ideas about cell salts. He founded his biochemical college and was the first to state that a person's body is a “chemical formula in operation.” He used a mixture of religion, astrology, physiology, anatomy, and chemistry, themed particularly with a mineral-based theory of human disease. [17] 


Carey brings his knowledge of homeopathy and cell salts to the Great Regeneration. “The cell salts that are found in the pineal gland are chiefly potassium phosphate at the base of the grey matter of the brain, and lime, but all of the 12 inorganic salts are represented. In revelation, the pineal gland is called the white stone. In biochemistry, the phosphate of potassium is given as the birth salt of Aries people.”  Throughout this book, Dr. Carey points to cell salts as what he calls the bridge of life. Carey's in-depth understanding is based upon the astrological and astronomical positioning of the planets at the individual’s time of birth, and the use of cell salts to support harmony in the body for the CSF secretion process of unification with seed. In this book, Carey microscopically unpacks the Bible as a book of astrophysiology.



Dr. Carey teaches that when we are born our astrological sign aligns with one of 12 cell salts that align in corresponding vibration to the 12 signs of the zodiac. These 12 inorganic mineral cell salts are also in the human body. During the time in the mother's womb, the embryo will receive appropriate amounts of nine of these salts, after birth the remaining three salts are supplied through the mother, and so there is always a deficiency of these remaining three salts. Therefore Dr. Carey recommends that to reach the Great Regeneration, Christ Conscious awakening, we must increase our dosage of these depleted cell salts as the bridge of life by increasing the dosage of the cell salt that aligns with the month that we are born in. For example, I am a Gemini born in June therefore the cell salt that I can take more of is Potassium Chloride - see the chart above.



In an early chapter of God-Man, Carrie unpacks the meaning of word and the combination of its letters as relating to the body, astrology, and numerology, claiming that WORD does not refer to speech or sound but rather to a precious substance that refers to gold - OR. This gold is known to precipitate in the human body and form creative substances.  As Carey continues he shares that the seed is the word of God as stated in the parable of Luke 811 -  “Seed, word and “God “ are one and the same, the creative substance, the universal essence from which everything comes. Seed, Dr. Carey writes “is the cause, the nucleus of everything therefore a seed is the beginning.” 


“In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.”  John 1:1


I wonder how, by reading the Bible and God-Man together, religious and theological dogma would dissipate, as this book opens up the hidden meanings of the Bible from a very revealed perspective, even beyond metaphysics and allegory. God-Man takes me into my body as a roadmap for transformation, transmutation, and transcendence.


Carey and crucifixion

As the CSF and seed rise up through the 33 vertebrae of the spine and come to the medulla nerve at the back of the neck, this is where the crucifixion or “crossing of the life seed” gives power to vibrate the pineal gland, causing the chamber to light and the whole body to be filled with light.  The word crucify symbolises the increase of a thousandfold, and this happens as the newly created seed crosses over the medulla, the double cross of crucifixion, known as Golgotha. This double cross is formed by the left and right vagus nerves and the Ida and Pingula.  This is the true anointing of the Great Regeneration.


God-Man is an extremely intricate reference manual that impacts my understanding of the human body as an electromagnetic force, and Divine instrument. Dr. Carey has opened my heart and mind to a deeper realisation of the phenomena of the human body physiologically, spiritually, and etherically. 


Conclusion

The more I know!!! ….. ______________.

Cerebrospinal fluid and the Holy Spirit as breath are taking me on a profound voyage of realising transcendence and Christ Consciousness awakening and I am fully embracing this adventure. I am discovering an array of healing modalities for optimising health including Core Synchronism. I am being opened again as I discover the power of the body that I inhabit and the nature of the unseen, beyond thought. I feel a weaving together taking place with all that I am learning and that this tapestry, which I call God, is infinitely faceted as a living intention to live itself through and as life, to know itself in the most artistic and creative of ways. God loves to play!


As I ponder -  What is it that I am transcending? The answer comes through loud and clear as everything that keeps me separate from knowing the truth of who and what I am, and my body is an empowered vessel that can not be ignored. It is encoded with infinite resources. Yoga, Kriya, Kundalini, chanting, sound and breathwork, astrology, sacred geometry, and numerology are but a few examples of ancient practices that have been used for thousands of years to decode the Sacred. CSF is the soul fluid life force supporting human/spiritual awakening to transcendence, the body as my electromagnetic vehicle, the carnal mind as thought which is the reminder that I have an opinion and personality, the Holy Spirit - the vehicle of God in, as, and through everything. These are tools to support my Great Regeneration voyage of Christ Consciousness transcendence awakening.
