Another year adventured......

and I really want to ask you ... how are you?

I realise that there can be a huge pressure right now as we look back over a whole year and to think that the needle hasn't moved, and that you aren't where you thought you want be right now, and that everyone else has made it over the finish line and you're still on the first circuit!!!!!!

First of all its not a race

and secondly.......I am here to remind you now, that even if you can't feel, hear, see, small, taste or touch the shifts and changes in your life, you are in the midst of a continual unfolding process, called LIFE. And this unfolding is sensitively attuned to your knowing, your atmosphere and your intentions.

How would it be if you were so secure in your heart's knowing that all of your desires are just here waiting for you, and that all you need do is RELAX.

RELAX YOU SAY, THATS A JOKE.

Well I am not joking, I am perfectly serious.

The Law of relaxation or allowing, reminds us that as we release the need to humanly control circumstances and to let life do its thing, we then become that clear signal of trust and faith.

As we surrender into the flow, we then instantly become aligned with our RECEPTICE nature.

There is an old saying ... Comparison is the Thief of all JOY

Well this holds true, not only of people, places and things. This of course also related to our own inner comparison critic, that is often eager to remind us of how well we haven't done.

If you are constantly seeking outer validation to give yourself approval to acknowledge the good in your life, then you are setting yourself up for a trip into 2022.

BELIEVE ME I KNOW - BECAUSE THIS WAS ME FOR NEARLY ALL OF MY LIFE!

Now I really am not here to undermine you and give you a basic lesson in the Laws of the Universe, however there is one so simple thing that so many underestimate, or even point blank omit from their daily practice, that I feel urged to remind you of IT now.

RIGHT NOW -JUST BECAUSE I AM HERE DOING ME!

It was this time last year that we were preparing to move from a homeless safe house shelter into this home where a whole year on and we are still here.

Yes we would LOVE to move again and YES we would LOVE to up level our living space.

And yet YES I have a deep appreciation for where i am right now and for the safe, peaceful, clear, clean environment that I am living in....

and for the forwards momentum movement that I am experiencing in my business.
